National Design Centre Touchpoints

How we should stay safe!

For more than two years, my studio was my second home, perched on the roof of the National Design Centre. It was a place of creativity, collaboration, and plenty of plant therapy. But when the pandemic hit, I had to pack up my things and say goodbye to that special space.

As things started to open up again, I had the opportunity to create a series of playful stickers for the centre. Placed at high-traffic touchpoints, these stickers weren’t just reminders to take safety precautions—they were little bursts of cheer to help make everyone’s return to the space a bit brighter and more welcoming.

Centred on the theme of exploration, the illustrations aimed to remind visitors to stay safe while rediscovering the creativity and energy of the centre. I hope they added a touch of joy to their experience as they navigated the space—and maybe even made them smile as they moved around!
