Dive In!

I designed the activity booklet for Ghosts Nets of the Ocean – Au Karemira Lamar Lu, an exhibition by Torres Strait artists from Erub Arts, Australia. Ghost nets are discarded fishing nets trapping unsuspecting creatures, and the artists have transformed into a spectacular seascape of marine fauna. It was an honour to work on this, joining the artists in generating awareness of ocean pollution and its dangers.

Following the diver across different underwater habitats to discover artefacts, children mirror this by searching for hidden letters around the galleries. They have to piece the secret word together and along this journey, learn of the drastic consequences man neglecting to care for environment and what they can do to help.
